Initially, it was simply about creating a tool that could perform online calls to refine the playlists of five national radio stations in Turkey. Faced with too rigid existing solutions, we decided to design our own solution. But the story took an unexpected turn: BBC Radio 1 asked us to adapt this tool to their music audience needs, turning a local innovation into a universal solution for music research.
In this session, learn how to turn frustration into opportunity, why listening to users can trump any algorithm, and how small decisions – like 14 seconds of listening before a vote – can redefine your programming.
Because deep down, every great innovation comes from an unmet need that no one has yet managed to fill.
